The store did not have birthstones I was looking. I wanted something in round crystals. But I will look online or go back to store to see again what associate recomended. Ended up buying 2 beautiful blue round crystals.

A ring I purchased lost a stone in it a few months later. Having them exchange the ring for a new one is a great feature, however, they stated they had some in the store but couldn't locate any of the three there so they had to ship it out. They stated it would take 6 to 8 weeks to get in. On the 8th week I called them asking if they received the new ring in or not, that is when they stated it has been there since the same week i returned the other. They never called or left a voicemail, weeks went by with it sitting there and they never reached out to inform me that it was in.

I was replacing a lost item. I asked for a safety chain to be added for extra security in not losing it again and I was not happy once home with their suggestion. I makes the bracelet very difficult to put in

The only issues I really encountered was being that this was only my second Pandora purchase ever and after taking this survey the last time I didn’t know I had to write down the code for the 10.00 off. I thought the store could do a courtesy and just give the 10.00 off. But they were very quick to say No and not even offer it. Something to think about for the future and keeping customers happy especially new ones!

I was in the store with my mother who has some difficulty walking. I did not like that we had to walk between counters to see the bracelets and then the charms and then the sale charms and then back to the counter for the regular charms.

The sales associate was not interactive with me as I was deciding whether to invest in the item. She was not paying attention to the size I said and had given me a size too big. When I then asked for a size down she hesitated and sighed and then showed me the ring in the correct size.

I was very satisfied with my experience at Pandora but some of the bracelets looked a little bent or have lost some color to it. I also wasn't able to find a charm that was truly to my liking because I didn't see all the choices since the charms were inside the cabinet area. But overall, the customer service was great and helpful and I was able to find something to my liking and will definitely be back to buy more.
