I am very satisfied, I get all my pandora here. The location is perfect sence I leave 5 min. from the mall. The employes are very nice and they will work for you to get the item or gift that work for your budget and that is a plus.

Next day after $400 I received an email about the Mothers day promotion happening 2 days later for free bangle. I spend over $400 and this was not mentioned to me.

The selection of merchandise was limited. I realized later the sale was to get rid of the old merchandise because of the new spring collection. I was also dissapointed at all the retired pieces.

They didn't have the charms I was looking for(Grandmother) however being it is the holiday season I can understand that. Although the associate was polite you can tell she did not want to be there however it could of just been a bad day for her who knows. I'll give her thje benefit of the doubt.

There wasn't enough sales people and it seemed a little disorganize but once l got help it did go quickly and easily and the associate was very nice

The sales representative was not really listening to what I wanted or like but more her own taste.

This time I was satisfied but before in other location store I had bought the thing for my panda bracelet. I checked it online, and that thing was for necklace not for bracelet. I had to come to return it. So I wanted to exchange that thing and get clips for my bracelet. I choose one pair and almost bought, I tried to put it on my bracelet and it didn't fit on it. Assistant didn't know that these clips don't fit with my bracelet. In the store was other assistant, she showed me the clips what go for my bracelet. I like them.

The glass on the outside of the store was so clean my father banged his head and felt his head to see if he was bleeding. I also walked into the glass on the way out of the store. More funny than not but the glass was so clean it was distorting.

The charms which I was interested in were not available. The store manager seemed to be very stern and a bit condescending to the other two girls working with her. I did feel comfortable with how she explained to them and corrected them right in front of me. Overall the manager was not very friendly and never directly explained to me why the charms I wanted weren’t available, but she did take time out to correct the girls. Her priorities were a bit unorganized.
