The saleswoman could not find where the item I was requesting was stored. She looked where she thought they were kept; but could not find them. She had to go to the manager for further help. The item was put in the bottom section of a box, where she was looking. It took quite some time.

i was not highly satisfied because i knew exactly what i needed and had to wait 20 minuets to do it when it shouldve taken 2 min but i understand black friday is right here so its understandable. The store was actual run pretty nicely for being that packed, everything and everyone were being helped and could move.

I had a $0 coupon. I showed the girl. My phone was in the counter waiting for her to finish up my order. She proceeded to close it out without my coupon. When u says what about my coupon she said I Already finished can't use it now. But I didn't sign before that yet. How was it completed if I didn't sign. So i proceded to sign grabbed my bag and left. Also I went in the first place ready to pay to hand my bracelet cleaned. They says it was no charge. But she didn't even take any charms off just soaked the bracelet brushed or if a couple times and handed it back. I had to buy the jewelry cleaner to clean it myself. Definitely not a very good associate. I've never had a bad experience the whole couple years I've been coming to this store. I love my pandora have 3 bracelets full of my own. Rings and necklaces. Also bought my whole family one for Christmas. My very first bad experience

I went to pandora to purchase some stud earrings. On the sales tag it stated 10$ for each product with an additional 30% off. Once I was rung up it was not showing the $10 price as marked and no additional discount. I discussed this with the manager in which she states there was nothing she can do. Even though the prices were as marked and I should have been $7 a piece for each product and it was marked incorrectly they were not going to give me that price. I had to pay 20$ a piece for the product. I am very disappointed that it was an a error on their end and they were not willing to correct it and fix the problem. I got this purchase for a gift but I would probably never go back.

The customer care rep made me feel as though I didn’t belong there it was as though pandora was too good for me after filling my whole bracelet with charms and walking into a pandora store they need to put respect in my wrist I pay THEMMM

Please understand my response. The staff at the ocean county mall were all great,however only having three sales people working during the Christmas season is crazy. I stood outside and waited 30 minutes to go in. Not cool.

Sales associate rang wrong product up. Charged twice on card, instead of just doing an exchange. Was told I had to wait 5-7 days for my money to return. Manger wasn’t that nice or friendly.
