The sales person Leslya seemed bothered by my questions and did. It want to remove necklaces from bags in case . Thankfully the sales person Karen was there and was very personable and helpful. Karen also cleaned my existing bracelets

Manager not helping in store also didn’t explain how I can bring bracelet back to be clean or anything.The associate was very nice . I may return and purchase at more friendly Pandora

I love the merchandise but the associate was extremely pushy & felt like the gift my husband was not that special.... needless to say I love what he bought but will probably never go to that store again

The employee that was accommodating me did not look like she wanted to be there. She did not explain things throughly. The employee also did not elaborate on the ring sizes.

I felt like the sales associate did not really give me much recommendations. I feel like I was being rush to pick and choose my options. The sales associate was helpful and nice but I felt like she was rushing me at the same time.

They lady had no idea about the merchandise. She only wanted to up sell me on everything. She was rude to my son who was picking out the gift but I was paying.

I believe the exchange/return policy is too small of a window. I attempted to exhange a charm bought in September to use toward a Christmas gift however was not able to due to store policy. I could see the charm on display that I had wanted to exchange which seemed a bit silly to me. The rest of my visit was great & the staff was helpful in finding exactly what I needed.

It is the second time I have had to return an item. I probably have 100 charms so that isn’t bad. The first time, I had a receipt and because the item was bought with a promotion (buy 3, get one free) or something similar, I was told I couldn’t exchange, not return a week later with a receipt. It wasn’t as if I chose that one as my free one, it was how they rang it up. I was very annoyed and vowed not to return there. Then my daughter bought be a Mickey Mouse charm online. It looked like ink spots in a heart (many of the reviews said the same thing).. nothing like it looked on website. Again, treated like I did something wrong. Had the receipt, was told had to check with manager to see if I could exchange. Are you kidding? When I nicely said I wasn’t satisfied, could make out Mickey Mouse, salesperson said she certainly could and actually owned the charm. Good for her. Will never return to that store again. They did ALLOW me to exchange it for another, more expensive charm, but I’m done.

While the saleswoman knew her stuff, she was too persistent in pushing me to try and buy additional items that I did not want to purchase on this visit. I was there to get my wife earrings but had my kids’ fingers sized for rings. After purchasing 2 pairs of earrings, the saleswoman kept pushing for a ring purchase and I didn’t appreciate it.
