Although the salesperson was knowledgeable, her manner was a bit on the pushy side. Not very impressed with her customer service.

I was looking for an EMT Charm. I am the EMT & wanted to make a bracelet.

Limited selection, nothing of middle grade price/ value, items were not clean at time of purchased so they did not sparkle as much as they should have.

System was down , no one including the manager had a clue how to check customers out especially if they were paying with Pandora credit card. It took almost 30 mins for me to check out. There weren’t many cut in the store at the time. They kept stopping my check out to help other customers. Poor customer service.

Usually the sales associates are extremely nice & helpful, however the associate yesterday was miserable & couldn't get me out of the store fast enough. She had poor knowledge on how to use the computer to check me out, she didn't even ask if I'd like to put the charm on my bracelet, & I remember when the employees used to take your entire bracelet, polish it up, & put your new charm on, yesterday though the sales women didn't even seem to care or acknowledge that I was wearing my bracelet solely so I could put the charm right on. I understand everyone has bad days, but the attitude & feeling of not wanting my business really turned me off & I may not return to that store solely because of the experience yesterday on 8/5/2022 in the ocean county mall in New Jersey.

I asked for a pouch or plastic zip lol to put bracelet in and was told to use a sandwich bag of my own.

Sales associate was rushing me. Had no patience for me to look and try things. No personality. Not able to look at ring trays kepts pushing the same tray of rings on me.

Size five was avaiable in ring size which was good. No 14 carrot gold selection available. No quality rings nor yellow stones at all.Poor and cheap selections only!
