The were close to closing and seemed to be rushing us to leave the store so that they could close and were not very friendly when assisting us.

Waiting in line and the merchandise that I had purchased I thought was 14 karat gold but it was just layered with 14 karat gold

My husband and daughter purchased several items, each one was not what I expected. The sales associate sold my husband the smaller of the bracelets because that’s what they had left! So just to make a sale, very bothered by this! Will not purchase from Pandora in the future

The store was opposed to open at 10Am. I was standing in line outside with only one person ahead of me. They finally opened the door at 10 :07. They were 5 people working but I had to wait foe several minutes to even be acknowledged. Not very professional or customer friendly. Very disappointed.

I always like Pandora jewelry I bought two charms and a bracelet him and spent $225 my daughter wore the bracelet the next day and evidently the chart me they’re broke because it fell off or I called the store and the girl there she was the assistant manager was rude and say that said there was nothing they could do about it I bought Pandora products for many years and never had difficulty with anything breaking and when I did have a problem with the charm they replaced it not happy with the service and probably won’t be able to Pandora merchandise again and I spent an extremely a lot of money at Pandora we all have charm bracelets we all have rings we will have earrings

I came to do an exchange, not to be told what I need. I don't need Pandora. I have shopped and bought many items from Pandora stores. It is apparent that I do from the brackets I brought. I don't appreciate being prodded about buying more than I want when I am making an exchange and being told what I need.

I went to the store expecting to have the chance to get a significant (40%) discount if I bought multiple items. I will admit that I missed the "off select items" note on the email ad. However, it was barely visible and I felt like I was baited. It will really make me think very hard about ever buying Pandora again.

I just wanted a previously purchased bracelet fixed. The clasp was broken. I wasn’t trying to return or exchange just have it repaired. I was told that wasn’t an option and that buying another bracelet is the only option available. The bracelet is only 2 years old.

Sales associate was very pushy, trying to get me to buy earring/necklace set, ornament with charm inside even after I told her that I only wanted to purchase a ring several times!
