Black Friday and only three associate available in store while one stood by the door. It took us 2 hours to wait in line and then finally leave the store. We even had all of our purchases picked out so that was quick.

John my sales associate treated my 11 yo daughter and Myself like we were a waste of his time. Wouldn’t pull the pieces out for us to look at. Moved tray in glass I said can we see them I had intentions of spending more than I had spent but his complete lack of wanting to take care of us showed and I decided I’ll order the rest of what we want on line! I asked him if he had the 8” avengers bracelet he pulls out 7” it does Fit as I knew it wouldn’t!!!!! Then pulls the 8” low and behold perfect and will allow for charms she wants. So bc he was less than helpful I told him we will take Avengers bracelet, Iron Man I wasn’t going to buy anything else from him but decided bc my daughter has done so great in school I’m not punishing her bc John thought we were not worthy of his time got the Black Widow charm too. I was going to buy Captain Americas shield and Thor’s hammer as well. I’ll do my online purchases from now on seeing as my jeans and sweatshirt wasn’t good enough to help. Thank you!

I had bought 3 pendants & one chain for my adult daughters. Because we do not all live in the same city it took me more than 14 days after the purchase to give these gifts to all of them at which timevit turned out that the chain was too long. I went back to Pandora to return the chain & purchase 2 shorter chains, receiving credit for the chain i wanted to return. I was told i could not do so because of the delay even though the jewelry was in its original packaging & i had proof of purchase. I explained myself repeatedly, noting that i had no problem paying additional money as long as i couldvreturn the silver chain my girls did not want and receive the chains they did want. The salesperson became very unfriendly & over assertive even though we stated our request politely& calmly. I ended up giving my daughters 2 of my own chains & keeping the one they did not like. But i certainly will never go back to Pandora nor recommand it to anyone!

Put product on hold. Went to pick up they forgot to apply the discount had to drive back to the mall to get the refund.

Bought 2braceletds around 500.00 because my first 2 bracelets were stolen. Finally went to return them and because they were a little over the 30 days and because I was in hospital with COVID would not return nor give me even a credit. My first 2 bracelets are totally filled full with charms and so happy I got them back but could not believe the new bracelets could not b returned. That’s the end of buying any more at pandora. Not very nice to me at all. Never even worn the 2 new bracelets and were in perfect brand new condition. Shame on u
