I received the rising star ring from an online purchase without the diamond. The Pandora in Toms River NJ would not allow me to return and receive credit back on my Pandora credit card. I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM FROM YOU

I wasn’t even greeted when I first arrived. Another customer who came in after me was greeted. So I spoke up and said do I have to sign in somewhere or take a number. The associate responded I thought you were with her and both associates laughed.

Sales associate didn’t know anything of the product and wasn’t smart enough to do a math problem witch I told her what was the total of my purchase didn’t know how to give me my receipt also

No real diamonds and the only real gold is severly over priced. My wife hated what I bought her and it was all returned. Kays sold me a 5 karat weight diamond 14karat gold bracelet for same price that I bought this over priced garbage.

I bought my bracelet to be cleaned and never left the store when I went to claim my bracelet they gave it to the previous customer . I still have no bracelet . Am extremely dissatisfied.

When being “helped” I was treated as if I was stealing from the store and clearly discriminated. I was spoken to like a child being told, “stay here” 3 time, while the employee went to “ask a manager” about my exchange. I had a gift receipt and everything was in place the way it was originally purchased. The employee continued to remind me of what I could and could not purchase due to price of the ring I was exchanging. I had to make it clear to her that I understood that the first time she said it. Money was not an option, I had a gift card and my own money to spend. She would only show me a 3-4 rings in “the price range”. The tone she used was disgusting. I literally left the store sick to my stomach and in disbelief. I’ve never experienced such a thing at any other pandora store.

Exchange problems. I wrote to Pandora and got no where. Very disappointed with customer help. We have previously spent a lot at Pandora, even while traveling--none since issues.
