I went to Pandora at Ocean County Mall in Toms River, NJ on 10/19/22 to buy a charm. The sales representative, Iris C, was absolutely amazing! She was so enthusiastic and helpful! Iris gets an A+ from me for outstanding customer service! Kudos to Iris!!

Sales associates are always professional knowledgeable about product welcoming and friendly the store is clean and spacious there is always a wide variety of diversified product to appeal to every customer

The staff engaged with pleasant conversation and made me feel welcomed. We talked about how long we were Pandora wears. How many bracelets we have. Themed bracelets we put together. I stopped in today to start a Halloween bracelet. I saw the pumpkin and purchased that and three other charms to go along with a fall theme.

Christopher was beyond knowledgeable of all the merchandise! I wasn’t planning on buying anything while being on vacation, but he helped me find some pieces that were perfect for me! I live in PA so I doubt I will be stopping back there within the next 90 days, but I will be sure to stop in if I’m ever in the area again!
