Desiree was an excellent customer service assistant. She helped me pick out a lovely bracelet and a jewel for my daughter's upcoming birthday. I will definitely be coming back to this store in the future!

Upon my arrival in the store I was greeted by multiple associates. I immediately received help from Alicia B who was familiar with the merchandise. I told her I was looking for my mothers birthstone and she knew which one it was right off the bat. I then saw other charms which she informed me were 30% off. I told her the charm I was interested in and she told me the price after the 30% off promotion. Alicia then bagged my charms beautifully and explained the return policy to me while giving me my gift receipt. Alicia also explained the survey and the $10 redeemable reward. Alicia B was very sweet and I would recommend her to any of my friends and family.

The sales associate are always very accommodate to your needs. They give advice if you are unsure of what you want. And they are always welcoming.
