I was able purchase exactly what I wanted and Chris was an awesome employee who assisted me in the purchase of the charm.

the sales person Karen K who waited on me was knowledgable professional and friendly I came in the store to do early holiday shopping and while there I inquiried about what would the appropiate gifts for my granddaughters who are 8 and 4 because I wanted to start bracelets for them to give when they are older and karen recommended some very nice bracelets for young girls and I also ended up buying their first charms I was more than pleased with my purchases I also brought charms for my two daughter and a sister and of course one for myself Thanks Pandora for making my shopping easy peasy

I always have a good experience in my local Pandora store and Wendi M was super nice and helpful. I wish they had more of the Harry Potter charms but Wendi helped me with what they did have in stock left.
