Danielle the associate who helped me remembered me from a previous visit .. she was extremely helpful & located and showed me all the charms I was interested in .. another associate was also very helpful too .. I was looking for a specific charm .. the Jersey shore Charm & luckily they found it !! Also I wanted to see Christmas charms & asked about new pet ones .. I wanted a grandson charm like the heart ❤️ one but you don’t make it .. Suggestion .. a grandson heart charm with a blue stone !!

My saleswoman Alicia was helpful the minute she saw me! She knew exactly where to go and provided so many Disney options to choose from. We also talked a little and she informed me about the cyber sale that was going on so I was able to get 2 charms at a great price!

As soon as I entered the store I was greeted my 3 polite young ladies. They were able to help me find the perfect gift for my girlfriend for Christmas!

My salesperson Alicia was very friendly. She explained how to pick the different charms for different occasions. She was a big help and I'm sure my wife will love her gift.

Kelly was my sales associate and she was very knowledgeable about what i came in for and the products offered. She also explained to me a few things about the bracelet i purchased last year that i did not know. She was very attentive and very good at what she was doing. I would highly recommend kelly to assist with anyone else who comes into the store.
