The sales associate was friendly, knowledgeable and very courteous and met all of our needs. She explained everything about the merchandise and took the time to answer all of our questions regarding the difference between the bracelets and charms. Keep up the great work!

I walked into the store not really planning on buying anything. There were 2 associates working and they gave me time to look around. I then asked for assistance to see a bracelet and she took it out of the case and put it on my wrist, I ended up buying the 1st bracelet I tried in, I will be back.

when ever I come to Pandora the sales people are always ready to be of assistance they knowledgable about product and recommendations and suggestions the only problem I had was the sales associate told me there was a promotion if I purchased a 80 dollar charm I would get a credit towards another charm I had purchased five charms for 55 dollars each and asked if the remaining balance of the charm credit could be applied to the purchase of the bracelet she after checking with her manager she told me no which I did not understand because I spent 5 hundred dollars total and gave 100 in cash I would think the remaining credit could have applied since I spent that much money and maybe I did not purchase one charm for 80 dollars but I did purchase 5 charms for 55 dollars each so in a sense I did spend alot more than eighty dollars only that eighty dollars was spread out on 5 charms do the math I spent a total of 275 on 5 charms so I think I still could have gotten the credit on at least four of the charms that cost 220 dollars

Denise went over and beyond to help me make three big purchases. The store actually was closing and she continued to assist me even fifteen minutes after the store closed. Lizzie also helped in packaging the gifts. Everyone was very friendly. Thank you so much for all the help!!!

As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted and she helped me find the perfect ring and wasn’t rushing me to buy anything!
