I ordered my products online, on March 22, without seeing the actual product, only a picture of it. The sales worker/manager on the phone was so very helpful and accommodating. Several days later, March 27, I went to the store to pick up my purchase. ALL 3 of the workers there, which included the person who helped me with the phone order, were quite friendly with me and assisted me in looking at other rings to make sure I was satisfied before I left the store. They were even so helpful to each other, which I thought was quite nice and shows great interpersonal skills. I still wasn’t sure if I’d exchange one of the rings and they assured me that it was ok to return unused merchandise within 30 days from purchase. I felt comfortable leaving the store, knowing I could think about my purchase and return if needed. It turns out I will have to return a ring, since one was a gift and it is the wrong size. I value the attentiveness given to me and the kindnesses they showed me throughout the process. Kudos to your Toms River Ocean County Mall Pandora Staff!

Danielle she was very friendly and kind. I was returning 2 bracelets that I bought online. She helped to pick the right ones and let me know about the sale buy 2 get 1 free. So I bought 4 bracelets and got 2 charms for free.

My sales associate Kelly was awesome. She took the time to show me everything I was interested in along with other charms she thought I would like. I ended up with 11 new charms and she re-arranged my bracelet of “blue” charms until it was perfect.

Alyssa was very pleasant, helpful and professional.
