I then decided to purchase a few more charms. As I was talking to Danielle and looking over the charms she noticed my Pandora ring was missing almost a whole row of stones to which she exchanged too. I was so blown away and thrilled with how accommodating they were. I called my sister and my friend right after and told them my experience. Danielle is an asset to your company. Will go back to your store and her again.
