I called the day prior to see if particular item was in stock, and it was and they held it for me. When I went in, I was greeted by a friendly sales associate, and she found my item right away. She took the time to go over additional items that I wanted to purchase and gave me several options. She was extremely friendly and helpful.

The sale person name is Marianne she was so sweet and helpful for both me and boyfriend to find a great brithday present for his mom
