Professional Sales Associate. Store was clean and well organized. Sales Associates was extremely helpful and knowledgable.

I am highly satisfied with my experience at Pandkra due to how the staff received us and treated us throughout the experience. The store was clean and sanitized before and after receiving a new customer and the staff made sure we were or and felt comfortable.

Yesterday was my first day that I stepped foot in the mall since COVID. I called and asked if they can set a charm aside for me and I will be there to pick it up. They were so nice and friendly about it. The process was just so quick also. I absolutely love Pandora jewelry and have since the store first came around.

I had to order for curbside pick up so I was unable to visit the store. A sales person called me back and was able to pick out items fro me over the phone. She was very patient and gave me names of items to look up so I could see what I wanted to buy.

The sales associate was patient and looked up the charms I requested to see what was available at the store and completed my order over the phone so that I can just pick up curbside

Very polite workers found what i was looking for! Came out to curbside pick up quick and i love the packaging my bracelet came in!

The staff from Pandora located at Ocean County Mall are friendly and welcoming. Even though I was unable to go inside the store due to Covid 19, the friendliness and quickness over the phone was awesome! Peter made it quite easy! Especially with a return. Very smooth.
