Salesperson - Marianne S was very pleasant, attentive and extremely knowledgeable about the products. I told her what I was looking for and she was able to present several options that fit my ask. Store was extremely clean and I felt like I was important to the salesperson and was treated well. Great shopping experience for someone who truly dislikes shopping.....

Ease of exchanging bracelet sizes was great! Sales associate recommended some clasps to keep bracelet from wearing down quickly. Told me about some special charms that are only specific to certain areas
