I was greeted upon entering the store by lovely friendly salesperson. She was pleasant and very thorough with my questions. She knew her merchandise.

Emily was a joy to interact with. She made our visit efficient and wonderful. She made sure we had exactly what we were hoping to find and did it with excellent conversation and precision.

Marianne introduced herself as soon as i walked in. She was very understanding and good with helping me pick out what i needed. It was very quick service i wasn’t there for more than 20 minutes.

Everyone was polite. As soon as I walked in, they made sure that as soon one of them was available they would assist me. The wait wasn't long. I explain to the associate I purchased the ring on line, as a gift for my daughter and one of her friends had purchased the same ring. I needed an exchange for another ring my daughter liked. it was the easiest exchange with no hassle and they had the ring and size she wanted.

The sales associates were knowledgeable of the merchandise. The manager was also very helpful.
