My sales associate greeted me when I entered the store. She was able to quickly find the charm that I wanted. She let me know that a promotion was going to happen the following day. I came in the next day to purchase items and got a free bangle. Very happy with my purchase!!

Laura was AMAZING!!! She was extremely nice, personable, and was so much help getting my goddaughter a gift for her 16th birthday. She didn't try to show me something that was unrealistic. This being my first time in, I had no clue about accounts or that you can keep track of charms so you don't buy doubles when purchasing gifts. With all the information and just the way she makes you feel welcomed. She does her job extremely well and you can tell she enjoys it. It was a rare thing to see anymore and I appreciate all of her help!

The charm I originally wanted was retired but the girls were able to help me find another charm I loved just as much! Happy to have picked out 2 extra while I was there !
