The necklace I purchased was so pretty. The staff made the suggestion on the necklace I purchased. I will be back to buy more gifts for friends.

They had exactly what I wanted. I planned on actually just going in and looking around with my mom and actually ended up making a purchase! The workers were AMAZING and SO SWEET! LOVE!

I was highly satisfied with my visit because the associate I had, Katie H, was very polite. She gave me space to pick a ring out but was there when I needed her. The store was very clean and overall everything was great.

Wonderful service

My bracelet broke and they gave me a new one. No questions asked. There are 2 ladies who always help me and they are wonderful. Unfortunately I don’t remember their names.

When I first walked into the store, I didn’t initially want to purchase anything. It was mainly to browse. The associate, I can’t remember her name, was SUPER knowledgeable about the products and events happening within the store. When she told me about the “BUY TWO, GET ONE FREE” deal, that sealed the deal for me! I bought three rings, all three being my first ever purchases at Pandora EVER— They are beautiful! The associate assisted me with my ring size and recommended me very beautiful rings as well. She was super friendly. This was in the Evansville, IN store. My name is Asia and I will definitely be shopping here again! Awesome service!! 10/10!
