I always wanted a pandora bracelet and I treated myself for my birthday

When you walk into Pandora the bright light ing is the first thing i notice as a Pandora customer, which i like. The staff is so nice and helpful, great customer service. I have no complaints to share.

I went into the store knowing exactly what I was looking for. When I got there I first browsed through everything, then I was acknowledged by an associate. The associate was able to get me everything I was looking for and explained everything and showed me everything, allowing me to hold it and see it for myself.

The associate, Mikaela, was very sweet and helpful. She went the extra mile to make sure that I was satisfied

Katy and Lauren helped me and they were very knowledgable on the merchandise available, as well as helped in store with more items. They both do a great job there!

Kendra was very nice and was willing to help in any kind of way. She was giving advice on items and Made selections easy.

The purchase was quick and easy. Sales rep up super friendly and easy to work with. Will return for sure
