Staff very welcoming and helpful. Made it enjoyable while helping me in my selection of charms that I was interested in purchasing.

The lady was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the rings. We had a very good conversation not only about the rings but we were around the same age and we were able to talk about things related to that.

Associates were very friendly and helpful. They addressed questions and offered up info about this survey and future events. Social distancing was practiced.

I went to Jarreds and was very disappointed that they said they were clearancing their inventory. I was thrilled to buy about 8 pc of inventory for 1/2 price but saddened that you are only doing online. I won’t and don’t buy online. This saddens me. I don’t like to go the mall Pandora because of parking and the craziness of a lot of people compared to a separate store that gives me their full attn and not rushed to get to the next customer. Sad. Plus this has nothing to do with COVID I hardly ever go to the mall.

The friendly staff was very helpful. The staff did a statement so I could get my bracelet insured. I had called another jewelry store that sold pandora and they would not do this. So that was their lost since I purchased a bracelet and charms today in the amount of $600. I will be adding more charms in the future. The store is bright and clean and very inviting.

I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because they had everything I was looking for. They were very helpful! The store is very clean and organized. They let you try stuff on if you would like to and then they clean it before putting it up.
