The sales rep was very knowledgeable and very quickly helped me resolve my issue of a broken bracelet. I expected to have to send in for repair but she just swapped for a new one!

The lady that helped me made sure I got exactly what I wanted for my return.

We went in and were looking for a new ring and the associate helped us within seconds. She greeted us as we walked in and showed us a few rings then when we saw one we liked she quickly brought us the right size and helped us find the perfect color as well.
