As soon as I walked in I was greeted by one of the sales associates. She was very polite and immediately helped me with I was wanting to purchase that day. I was probably in and out within 15 minutes. Very happy with the way I was treated and helped.

The employees of the store in Evansville, Indiana are very kind and respectful of their customers and it makes it feel like going home. The sales people are very helpful and shows you the new items when you go in.

The sales people are friendly. Good quality jewelry. Great prices. Wish they had more merchandise availability.

They were able to order the item I wanted. I was able to get extra items. The sales associate was very helpful.

I got a Pandora Bracelet for Christmas. The salesperson was very patient and answered all my questions. She explained which clips work for my type bracelet. She allowed me to try several charms and clips on and waited for me to make a decision with patience.

I exchanged a gift item that was very similar to another Pandora item I had received. The sales associate helped find a different item. I only had a gift receipt, and she had to find the purchase on the computer to get the correct price. Everything was handled very professionally.

The two employees that greeted and helped me were polite, attentive, and knowledgeable. They helped me locate the product I wanted to purchase for my wife and even offered to wrap it after learning I was making the purchase as an anniversary gift. It was an excellent experience and I will definitely be returning for my next gift purchase.
