Right when I walked in the associate was super friendly and got my girlfriends ring size right away. Then the associate got the exact ring I needed before I even told her. Then the two offered to wrap it and offered me a warranty and ring cleaner.

I just needed a safety chain for my bracelet & was able to find one that worked. Even though I was disappointed the one I went was discontinued.

Staff were amazing from the time I walked in the door. I had Seen a commercial on new line of jewelry the evening before so i had Idea what i wanted And they made it happen and even came up with another piece i ended Up purchasing!
