I always walk in with a thought in mind (e.g. a travel charm, a fun charm, a sparkle charm) I tell the associate. Hey give me options and their honest feedback.

Pandora is a great store the employees are very nice. They don’t force u to buy something that u don’t want or something that isn’t u! I also love pandora because u can build memories with different loved ones!!

Walked in and was waited on immediately .. very friendly ... already knew what I was looking for but was shown a variety of similar charms like I had requested ... great discussion about which would express what I was going for ... very pleased!
