The staff was extremely helpful. I knew what I was shopping for and they led me directly to the item and my purchase was complete in less than 10 minutes. The item I purchased is for a Christmas present. They usually have a 30 day exchange policy but they gave me the Christmas exchange policy since my daughter won't receive the item until Christmas. Truly a helpful and pleasant staff to work with!

All the associates were very friendly, even the ones helping other people in the store. I was picking out my Birthday gift and they all told me happy Birthday. It was very beautiful in the store, the lady who helped me was very knowledgeable and explained things well as this was my first Pandora purchase.
