I was a 1st time visitor to your store & the Pandora experience. For some time I have wanted to explore a Pandora charm bracelet. I saw an ad on Facebook for the "free bracelet" with $100 purchase. The experience was a bit overwhelming....in a good way. Taylor was very helpful in assisting me in the selection of my new bracelet, etc. I am excited about adding charms to my beautiful bracelet.

Good overall experience

I went to the store to purchase the Indiana bead in addition to another bead to get the free bracelet I felt that eighty dollars is a little excessive for the bead but I do love it. I've never experienced any problems with the staff. They are great

I had gotten the wrong size of a ring that I had purchased and they ordered me one in the right size the same day. A couple of days later the ring came in and the process was very easy and quick. The associate was extremely helpful and nice to me and I had a pleasant visit.
