Went in store was very top notch clean. I was assisted right away looking for a certain product but they did not have at the time. They continued to help my pick out a very good looking necklace.

Katie Marlow is an amazing Pandora associate who knows my style exactly and arranges my bracelets in a gorgeous way. She listens to all your questions and answers all your questions. I have been coming in for over 2 years now and Katie is the one I always ask for when I go to the Eastland Mall location in Evansville, Indiana. She is amazing at her job!

We purchased a ring for our granddaughter and after 4 month's there were two sets that fell out. When we took it in there was no issue at all and we left with a new ring with a full warranty on it. Astounding
