Sales associate that helped us was very helpful and friendly. Asked about another charm while we were there and she knew exactly where it was and she showed it to us. She then asked if we wanted the bracelet cleaned while we waited. After the cleaning the bracelet looked as if it were brand new.

I had a small diamond fall out of the band of my ring. I couldn't find my receipt but the salesman was able to pull up my previous purchase by my phone number. They exchanged the ring w no questions or problems. Great customer service !!

The staff was great!! Katie helped me find my exact ring size and also helped my sister in law pick out a ring that fit her very small fingers. Kendall and Whitney helped us at the register and were very friendly. We are so happy with our purchases!!

I was able to get my mother an amazing gift and get my pandora bracelet cleaned while I waited. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. I absolutely love going to this pandora store because the environment is welcoming.
