Immediately given a welcome b y Katie and the Store Mgr Laura, I knew what items I needed and she knew the items and quickly provided them. Then introduced new bracelets for the charms which I thought were vastly improved over those I had purchased before.

The sales associates were very helpful in helping me pick out the perfect gift for my daughter!

Taylor was so helpful in helping me with my purchases! She was able to help me find the charm I came for and pick out several more pieces that I fell in love with. She also cleaned my current charms and bracelet and took the time to help me reorganize my bracelet spacing the charms perfectly. I'm horrible at being decisive but she was friendly and patient and really helped me narrow down my selections. I only visited to pick up one charm and walked out with a clean bracelet and 7 new charms! It was nice to get what I wanted without feeling pressured but knowing my options.
