Ring we needed was not in stock, sales lady took my name and numbered and called promptly when it came in. So simple and easy to exchange, no hassle like many other stores.

Customer service was incredible! Taylor was so kind and generous. She was very helpful and personable. The store was very clean as well.

The ring I wanted was not in, however the one in the display was my size so they got it out and polished it and it’s perfect. The staff was very friendly and thorough. I now have a beautiful ring and a pandora bracelets. I’ll be in again soon to add charms to my bracelet.

I had a successful visit because Katie helped me with my exchange. The bracelet was a Christmas present and did not fit correctly and she knew the bracelet size needed to go up 2 sizes when we were only thinking one because of the amount of charms my mother was wanting to put on the bracelet. When I asked for a specific charm numerous employees helped find it to get me in and out as quickly as possible. They were great to work with!
