I was greeted immediately upon entering the store. The sales associates were pleasant and beyond helpful. I was able to explain my need for entering the store and they helped me find exactly what I needed in a very kind and orderly manor and I left completely satisfied with a new ring on my finger!

We had an easy time navigating. Two sales associates met us at the door and when we expressed interest in the lockets, we were greeted with another associate. She took the time to show us all the options and was patient as we looked around and waffles on different items. It was a lovely experience.

there was beautiful variety and selection to choose from for almost anyone's tastes and likes, and a selection for any age demographic. like that they have different groups of charms that go with each other were it makes it easier to select charms that look great together or you can put together whatever you like! wish store wasn't in a mall though would be the only downside for my experience.

Sales staff was awesome. Love the selection of jewelry. Value for the money.
