I was greeted with a smiling face and ask if she could help. I ask for a specific charm and was immediately shown what she has several choices. She expiated our purchase and gift wrapped our purchase. Very satisfied.

Although the store was packed and the three customer service representatives on duty were busy , one always took time to welcome you to the store and kept an eye on who was next in line. Once waited on an apology was offered for the wait and a gratefulness was shown for my patience. This time of year can be very overwhelming to people and these gestures will go a long way in spreading compassion and kindness and return business. Nicely done!

Customer service was exceptional. Came in needing a gift for the wife, Taylor patiently walked me through the complicated process of putting a bracelet together. I learned about bangles, dangles, spacers and clips. It was awesome.

I had looked in the online catalog, found my item, went to the store, I was immediately greeted and offered assistance. Went i had shown the associate what i wanted, another associate offered to gift wrap it for me. I totally enjoyed my shopping experience at this store.

Store 0333 Salesprson Laura T No 133821 had a huge problem trying to get my payment to go through. She was on the phone for over a hour with I believe it was Veriphone ((the card service you all use)) I understand she finally had to go another route but my payment finally went through using their Ipad. This women never gave up and continued to tell me how sorry she was..it wasn't her fault. A true retail sales person you all have there...Thank you..

sales associate was courteous and friendly. she helped pick out another charm for my bracelet. we just celebrated 26 wedding anniversary. the sales associate picked out a charm that matched a saying my husband write on his cards and she made sure the charm fit my personality based on the existing charms are on my bracelet.
