The staff was friendly and the store was very clean they had great deals the weekend and as soon at I walked and they got me the charm that I wanted to buy

The staff were slow to help me in the beginning until they realized I had purchased multiple items in the past. Also the fact that I was making a large purchase yesterday then their attitudes changed.

I wanted to make my purchase on my Pandora card which I did not have with me. They could not pull up my number from their system like most stores can. Clerk called customer service and I was on hold a very long time and finally gave up and made my purchase another way.

Not enough selection at store to chose from, I like to shop in store more online.

Unfortunately, the free bracelet only had two sizes left. Grateful there was still availability. Went with the next size up. Associate was friendly but was having a difficult time understanding I was buying charms for three different people, seemed confused about using three different bags and had to explain the charms were for two different people who already had a bracelet, but she was helpful.

The only thing that could have been better was if someone had acknowledged that they knew I was there. When I came in, both associates were busy with other customers but looked up and saw me several times. It wasn’t until both customers were gone that I was acknowledged. Other than that, everything else was amazing!

I was disappointed they didn’t have the Halloween beads I wished to purchase and were unable to order them. Other than that the experience was highly satisfactory.

I could not purchase any Halloween charms. None were available except skeleton girl.

I was not highly satisfied with pandora because of the push by sales associates to buy more items then what I was looking for

My boyfriend bought me a bracelet for my birthday. I love the bracelet. We were treated good. The only thing I could say I wished that would have done is offered me a box and bag with receipt. I wore the bracelet out of the store which I wanted too, but they only gave us a sales receipt.no bag or box
