I was satisfied with my experience in store, however, I had the worst customer service experiences on the phone in reference to an online order. The reason I went into a store is because I will never order online again. I was lied to, I am still waiting for someone to call in reference to my experience on Monday 6/22/20.

They did not have what we were looking for in stock after searching the store for it because they were sure they had it. I had to order it and it will be 3-4 weeks for it to come in. I need it by next weekend. I ended up buying earrings that were not planned but I could not touch them before they were purchased and packaged. The gauge of the posts is larger than normal so now I have to go back and return them.

I live out of town and there is not an accessible Pandora store. Being that I rarely get to go to an actual store, I was hoping to have my bracelet cleaned. That option was not available due to the holidays. I also missed the usual associate who helps me.

misrepresented on a tv commercial. The items looked very different in the store. I was also declined on credit card, I'm still trying to get to the reason why. I am a returning costumer I have purchased items from several stores for a total of over two thousand dollars

I went in there looking for something with March birthstone & not only did they not have the necklace, they didn’t have any charms with March, that was frustrating

There were some charms I was looking for were not in the stores. Disappointed that a couple of charms I wanted were discontinued.
