They were out of the promotional bracelets in the medium and large sizes and I was give small bracelets and there are only a few relatives that I know of that have such a small wrist that I can even give the bracelets to.

Selection of rings in larger sizes was limited

The sales associate was not friendly and made me feel uncomfortable. I wish there was another store in town for me to go to.

The only issue I had was pricing. The prices for the charms seems to be a bit outrageous. The sales person was a little uneducated about a few things, but I think she was just a new employee. Other than that there were no problems!

Not all sizes in braclet available

This was my first visit to Pandora. The staff was very nice & knowledgeable.

I was not comfortable with the assistance I received

The sales lead did not know how to use Klarna a payment method in your store.

New sales person not very knowledgeable trainer should have been helping vs new girl new girl should have been watching and learning. Needs more training before hand

The sales associate was rude, not helpful and when I asked i I could see a charm she told me I already showed you that one but I guess I can.
