Bought a charm and it came off my bracelet within 3 days of buying it. Didn’t realize it was gone , until it was too late. It was the me charm hard to understand how it came off. Very frustrating. Only 2nd time that has happened and I have at least 25 bracelets from Pandora.

I went down while the sale is on for the bracelet they were sold out I think that they should have told you first before you sit there and order all your charms I went down for that bracelet pacifically and it was only after I pick the charms that she says that they didn’t have any.

I felt very rushed lots of people in the store and my sales lady was very rushy and I felt like all that mattered was a purchase we spent $374.50 and it didn’t seem like the quality was worth that I should of went to my local jeweler to purchase a gift.

I purchased a ring for my daughter . Had to bring it back after one wear bc 4 of the diamonds fell out . Got it replaced with another one . Had to bring that one back for the same problem. Decided to just get a different style ring bc of the quality of the first one. The sales person was rude and had an attitude bc of the return. She kept making faces and rolling her eyes the entire time while giving looks to her coworker.

Went into the store today, immediately no one said hello etc. Just a bunch of workers socializing. When I was helped, it was very limited. The associate I had was switche sour of no where and the new woman I had did not help me at all with jewelry I was trying to buy. She just talked about when she was going to take her lunch break.

Ring didn’t fit. Got smallest size. Cut off circulation of finger. A size up was a little loss but fit better than current size. Sales associate and manager kept pushing the smaller size on me. I walked away with the size I wanted. Didn’t like how they were pushing me a bit.

The salesperson was lovely. The Pandora bead I selected is beautiful but the packaging available is very unsatisfactory. For such a beautiful bead and the cost, I expected that the packaging would be something I would be proud to give as a gift. Instead, it was a small paper package. ( I make better using origami.) When I got home, I repackaged the bead so I could give it as a gift. Mu disappointment with the packaging overshadowed an otherwise pleasant experience. The packaging would have been better at Walmart.

I have shopped at this store many times and have gotten to know the sales associates. They know that when I come into the store that I am looking for something for myself or for a gift. The associates are always helpful and can recommend some items for my need.

They was rude didn’t want to help because I was a black man. Helped other people that came in after me. Over charged me twice. Went back to the store and showed them where they overcharged me and was rude about it and I had my Receipts and treated me like I wasn’t paying customer. Don’t have to worry about me spending my money with this company anymore
