Brought my wife n daughter a few pieces from there and the diamonds fell out days n weeks after. Never would have spent money if they couldn't wear them

I was highly satisfied with everything except choice of merchandise--charms concerning occupations such as attorneys, physicians, nurses, etc.. I marked that I was highly satisfied-- don't understand what the problem is.

Sales associate was very rude, I was looking for a particular item and without looking she stated they did not have it anymore, come to find out the item was in stock and was purchased
