The associate who waited on me (Mikayla D. was very friendly and she was patient in assisting me with more charms to be added to my bracelet along with positioning them on same.

Every time i go they are very helpful. They take their time. And they email me when they have new charms

The employees were very compassionate. Helped me find the most beautiful rings, and even let me come back in the store to return and make an exchange because my rings were a little loose. I go back in 2 weeks to get one of the rings I exchanged. They were very patient and knowledgeable about the items.

I was greeted as soon as I came in there were plenty of assistance on the floor to help I was asked if I was looking for something specific I was and they went right to it they wrapped it for free they got out on the merchandise that I asked to see and was very pleasant.
