The staff at this store was very helpful without being snobby like most jewelry store sales clerks. I came in knowing exactly what I wanted and they were able to find the product with very little explanation in almost no time at all. They made the process quick and easy. The ring I got is absolutely stunning. Every detail on it is just perfect!

The sales associate was very knowledgeable and very friendly. She had no interest in rushing me to purchase. She was very patient and thorough. I enjoyed my visit very much and will return again for sure.

This was a spur of the moment visit-I went in to get a clip for my bracelet and ended up buying a ring and receiving a free bangle bracelet. Love them all!

I have never had an issue with either the Maine Mall store or the Fox Run Mall store. The sale associate’s were always friendly and knowledgeable. I was very disappointed when you closed the Fox Run Mall store in New Hampshire store. Wish you would reopen it.
