Met outside store door. Lady so sweet & willing to help. She had what I wanted and took care of my return immediately. I was so happy to get my exchange. I plan on returning when my new grandson arrives in April to get the 1st initial of his name for my bracelet my husband bought last November..thank you!

Staff was great despite it was XMas season

I loved the customer service and the excellence of the stores apperance..also I loved everything in the store and that I was allowed to use multiple payments...so they really was something I will ket other people know as well..

My sales woman was very informative and worked well to get me what I wanted and convinced me to add a ring to the necklace I was getting for my sister without being pushy which is usually why I stop going to certain jewelry stores. I'm pretty sure here name was Wendy or something of that sorts, she was great.

The sales staff was very helpful and not high pressure at all.
