The associate who helped us was very friendly. My bracelet was in need of some tender loving care and she really took her time to make it look good again. I only purchased one charm though that was not the intention in going in. I had a good chance to look around and I know what pieces I would like to have moving forward. In these times of having difficulties finding good help you have a gem at your store.

The charms are exquisite with great detail. There are charms for every occasion. The environment is very friendly and thoughtful when answering questions and satisfying customers!
