The sales associate in the South Portland store was amazing. I was purchasing charms for my daughter who was gifted her grandmothers bracelet. I became emotional during the shopping, the associate was kind, caring and empathetic. I then purchased a mother daughter charm to share with my daughter, most meaningful gift of the season to celebrate the passing of my mom

Wendi was amazing! Very helpful and knowledgeable. She was great helping my 13 yr old daughter find a gift for her friend.

I wanted to get my granddaughter something special for her 16th birthday and wasn't sure what I wanted and the salesperson (wendy) that I had was absolutely wonderful. She was very knowledgeable about the charms when I told her what my granddaughter's likes and interests were and showed me the perfect charms that she would like.

The sales associate was charming, friendly, and creative in finding items that would suit me. I was in the mood to try new stuff, and she worked with me for 45 minutes (admittedly, it was a slow day at the mall). She gave great feedback. The selection of new merchandise was very tempting. The reason I didn’t give “selection” a perfect rating is that a couple of items I wanted to try were missing in the exact metal finish I wanted. We tried in other metal finishes, and I ended up buying a necklace and a couple of charms, as well as the earrings I came in for.

Wendi was the customer service who helped me with my purchases, she was extremely knowledgeable and made the visit super fun. She encouraged me to try on some bracelets I didn't think I would like but ended up purchasing. Wendi was excellent, there also was another young person in the store and she was very friendly as well.

I love the pandora products . Never had an issue with the bracelets. The customer service is great too.
