Wendi was great in tolerating all of 6 year old's questions. She helped me pick out charms for my mother and even recommended clips that I had no idea were needed. My mom loved her gift!

I needed my bracelet and charms cleaned, which was done quite quickly. I also needed to replace a ring which I had list, and was quite happy to find it in stock in my size at the store.

Sales personnel had friendly approach, we also talked about current events of life which made her rapport very suitable and appropriate. She listened to what we want and we like to best fulfill our needs.

The Sales Associates take the time with customers and learn their likes and dislikes. Hannah is a great Sales Associates and always knows the best options for me. Sara, Store Manager, is outstanding and always is extremely helpful with selections as well. Today I went in for three specific items, and yes I ended up with an additional beautiful ring! Love Love Love that store at the Maine Mall. Kudos to the Sara's Team!

I always get a mom charm in memory of my late Mother around Mother's Day and the associate showed me some very nice ones. She was so helpful and professional. She even gave me a few extra bags to protect my charms when I am not using them.
