I purchased a freehand heart charm and a Small Pave O P on line and was disappointed the heart hung upside down on the Pave O P but this sales clerk in the store had the solution to the problem. she had a very good knowledge of what I bought and the solution that was not available at the online store. In the future we will go to the store rather than buying on line. Hanna H No. 162981 was our sales person and she even gave us a tip on where to get a replacement case for my wife's I pad.

I bought the ring about a year ago. it was a crown-ring, it is very beautiful, but not very practical, since the edges of the crown cling to clothes, I hardly wore it, and of course when one stone was lost I was disappointed. But I decided to go to the store and ask if they can fix it for me (possibly for an additional fee). when the seller just changed my ring for a new one in two minutes - I could not believe it! She made my day and faith in Pandora again! I will always be your client as a high level service! thank you!
