The store was beautifully laid out, but the best part was the assistant manager Hannah - she couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. She showed us many options based on conversations and she cleaned the bracelet I had on and then she even put my new charms on my bracelet. She made it totally a fun shopping experience.

The people working at the time of my visit were very knowledgeable and helpful and they helped me choose something. They answered every question and did a great job selling the products. I have not previously purchased from Pandora and I will be a customer for life because of this experience.
