I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because the sales associate we were talking with was super helpful, and showed us many options on what to get, and how much each would be. Also, it gave us an idea of what we could come back and purchase next on our next visit.

I simply came into the store looking to have some Pandora pieces cleaned that had been tarnished. The women who helped me was very kind and knowledgeable. I didn’t expect to go home with any jewelry that day but ended up finding a beautiful ring and will be back soon for the rest of the matching pieces to the collection.

Had my list of all the items I wanted to try and was able to purchase all the ones I liked in the sizes I needed . Everything was on sale which made it even better .

I went into browse and came out with 2 pieces for my braclet. The staff greeted us as we came in the door. Was told were to find additional discounted discontinued pieces.

Both sales ladies were very knowledgeable and helpful. They were very friendly and courteous. Unfortunately I can not go back there until net year as I was on vacation when I went in the first time. the sales lady did recognize me when we stopped in the 2nd time.
