The salesperson Sara H was very helpful making recommendations. She was knowledgeable of products and friendly. I wanted to buy more and said I would be back. She even offered me an application for employment when I mentioned it seemed like a good summer job for me.

They made me feel very welcomed.

I had spent the last 3 days going to pandora to get my girlfriend a gift, I had 2 trips that were exchanges and on every single visit I had, the staff was beyond friendly and extremely helpful and made my shopping expiereince one of tge best ive ever had at a jewelry store, I never felt. Pressured and felt completelt comfortable.

We were on vacation from maryland.My husband buys me charms for my braclet as we travel to different states.We were very dissapointed that the maine charm was not available.Your sales associate Hannah H. was so very very sweet,pleasant .fun patient and knowledgeable.She suggested a few pieces which we ended up purchasing,although my dream would come true if someone could locate a maine charm for me.My nephew got married to someone from Maine .they reside in Portland now and have a little baby boy.Hence our visit. Which was even more reason why we went to get the charm. We absolutely loved Hannah.She should get some accollades.

As soon as I walked into the store Maddison was there to greet me. She was friendly and had a welcoming smile. I was shopping for a gift for a friend and had no idea what I was looking for. Maddison helped me narrow down my options without pressuring me into anything. She was patient and made sure I knew all my options before I committed to a decision. I will definitely be returning to this store in the near future.

I was highly satisfied with my experience because of the sales associate that I worked with. Wendi has always helped me find exactly what i'm looking for with ease all while making it sentimental. I found the perfect charm to give to my mom before her surgery very quickly but without feeling rushed at all.

Sara & Wendy, this stores sales associates were exceptional in offering advice, showing designs & helping us make the very best purchases. The merchandise is marvelous but these two ladies made this experience a very fun outing for my friend & me. One of the very best shopping times we have had in a long time.
